Shakeology comes in several flavors- chocolate, vegan chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, vegan tropical strawberry, and greenberry. You can mix it up with water or milk, but from my experience, milk tastes a whole lot better! I typically use almond milk and blend in a couple of bananas to thicken it up.
Shakeology is sold either in a bag with 30 servings, or in a box that contains 24 individual packets. Each bag/box costs $129.99 and will last for about a month.
